SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Elystra worldwide with full tracking on every order. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.
All prices are in GBP. Where applicable, any customs or import duties are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. If anything about your delivery isn't right, just reach out — our customer care team is always happy to help.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Elystra piece. If something isn't quite right, you're covered by our 14-day return policy, in line with UK and EU consumer-protection rules. Items simply need to be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, just reach out to our customer care team and we'll guide you through every step. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Clear, simple and fuss-free — so you can always shop with confidence.
